A key strategic move that strengthens the company’s ability to support enterprise clients through platform-led digital transformation.

Mark joins with nearly three decades of experience delivering technology-driven growth across sectors including telecommunications, financial services, government, and media. At BJSS, where he spent the last 19 years, Mark led international expansion into the US, Australia, and Europe - establishing and scaling high-performing teams, overseeing major programmes, and delivering cloud, data, and design solutions to clients worldwide.

This appointment is the latest milestone in Red Badger’s broader diversification strategy - expanding *what* the company delivers, *how* it delivers, and *who* it serves. Alongside recent investments in **Public Sector** and **Retail & Hospitality**, the development of the **Enterprise Solutions** capability enables Red Badger to partner more effectively with complex organisations seeking to modernise key business systems.

The Enterprise Solutions practice will initially focus on platforms such as **Microsoft Dynamics 365** and **ServiceNow** — integral systems across CRM, ERP, workflow, and customer experience.

**Mark Robison, Director of Digital Enterprise Solutions, commented:**

“Most large organisations depend on enterprise platforms to run mission-critical functions, yet too often these systems are disconnected from good user experience and modern delivery practices. Red Badger’s unique strength in product, tech, and delivery puts us in a great position to help clients get more from these investments. I’m excited to join an exceptional leadership team and contribute to the next phase of our journey.”

**David Wynne, CEO at Red Badger, added:**

“We’ve been deliberate in how we scale - focusing on high-impact areas where our strengths deliver the most value. Mark’s appointment reflects a natural evolution of our offering and strengthens our ability to meet client needs across the enterprise stack. Mark joins an outstanding leadership team that’s aligned around a clear mission: helping organisations solve meaningful challenges through digital technology.”

With Mark joining Red Badger’s high-performing leadership team - alongside recent additions in **Public Sector** and **Retail & Hospitality** - the company is deepening its ability to serve enterprise clients with sector-focused, outcome-driven solutions. This appointment is part of a deliberate strategy to scale with intent, enhancing Red Badger’s position as a trusted partner for organisations navigating complex digital transformation.
