A bold new vision for connecting a global alumni community

London Business School (LBS) and Red Badger have partnered to deliver an ambitious new vision for the future of the School’s alumni digital experience. The global LBS alumni community — spanning over 56,000 people across 160 countries — plays a vital role in the School’s ecosystem.

However, evolving expectations and rapidly changing digital behaviours have created new demands for how alumni engage, connect, and collaborate with LBS and each other. Recognising the need to reimagine this experience from the ground up, LBS has joined forces with Red Badger to design and deliver a more connected, personalised and future-ready alumni journey.

“Our alumni are at the heart of London Business School’s mission to have a profound impact on the way the world does business,”
says Ramsey Sargent, Executive Director of Alumni Engagement at LBS. “We’re excited to partner with Red Badger to create an alumni experience that matches the ambition, diversity, and global mindset of our community.”

A human-centred approach to innovation

The partnership will bring together LBS's desire to foster meaningful connections across its extensive alumni network with Red Badger's expertise in customer experience, service design, and digital product delivery. Together, they are taking a human-centred approach: combining insights gathered from alumni around the world with cutting-edge digital thinking to co-create a service that fosters lifelong connection, learning, and opportunity.

From early discovery to experience design and rapid ideation, the focus is on delivering value fast — with the alumni themselves shaping the journey at every step.

"This is about much more than new technology," says Dan Cook, Director of Public Sector at Red Badger. "It’s about empowering the LBS alumni community to connect and thrive — wherever they are, whatever stage they’re at in their career."
