Digital Product

The Foundations of Great Digital Product

AI is changing everything in the enterprise - yet the principles and foundations for success are the same

   14th October - 18:30 - 22:00
Tattu, Minerva House, 29 East Parade, Leeds, LS1 5PS

Digital Product is evolving and a new phase change driven by AI is becoming real.

The shift from product-led to genuinely customer-led thinking is no longer a differentiator; it's the baseline expectation, and the organisations that haven't made that shift are starting to feel it.

Driving that change is a new generation of leaders who've seen what good looks like elsewhere, in big tech, in challenger brands, in other sectors entirely, and are now pushing progressive change from within more established organisations. Some industries got there early; others are only now catching up, and there's a lot to learn from comparing notes across that gap.

We believe there are lessons from the last 20 years of digital product that apply across:

  • Customer-led transformation: moving to a customer-led way of building and operating

  • Leadership change from within: a new generation bringing new ways of thinking into legacy organisations

  • Uneven progress across sectors: what the early movers can teach the categories still catching up

  • The shifting value chain: incumbents, challengers, and intermediaries competing for the same customer relationship

  • Where AI is actually working: separating genuine operational and customer impact from the hype
