Pioneering Digital Solutions for Social Mobility and Equal Opportunity

As Red Badger's Commercial Director and Founding Trustee of Mission Beyond, I believe that every organisation is a digital product company, whether they realise it or not. At Red Badger, we specialise in designing and building products, platforms, and digital capabilities for major banks, global media, and leading brands. As experts in continuous innovation on a global scale, we are excited to be hosting Tech Gateway's Big Boost Mondays event at our London HQ.

Inspired by Mariana Mazzucato, a renowned global economist, some of the Badgers sought to create Mission Beyond, a social enterprise focused on the  greatest challenges faced by humanity. We assembled a group of exceptional, inspirational founders with a vision to build the national fabric for social mobility, offering equal access to opportunity for underrepresented young people.

Over the last couple of years, Mission Beyond has been in startup mode, securing funding, finding the right partners, and testing our approach with young people and their support providers, as well as corporations seeking talent. We are now on the verge of launching our build phase, and working with our first ever employee: our CEO.

Our vision is build the digital infrastructure for social mobility, weaving together thousands of support providers from across the country to provide compelling paths to opportunity for millions of underrepresented and underestimated talent. We aim to achieve this through a digital app that puts a world of opportunity and support in the pocket of young people.

For corporations, we envision a one-stop-shop for finding and engaging underestimated talent wherever they may be. For support providers, we foresee instant high-impact engagement across the ecosystem.
