Shelley Quinn takes CEO role of Red Badger Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) as the London-born digital product consultancy accelerates digital transformation for Australia and New Zealand's biggest brands
Red Badger, the digital product consultancy behind leading products for JP Morgan, HSBC, Levi's, Nando's and Sky, today announced its launch in Australia & New Zealand (ANZ).

The expansion marks Red Badger's first move into the Asia-Pacific region, following growth in London, Leeds and South Africa. Shelley Quinn, previously Managing Director of Red Badger UK, has returned home to the region to lead the new business as Chief Executive Officer, Red Badger ANZ. She is joined by Julian Osman, a technical leader and respected Badger who returns as Director, Red Badger ANZ.
Red Badger ANZ will help organisations in financial services, retail, media, and the public sector design, build and scale digital products, solving complex problems and leaving clients' own teams stronger.
Shelley Quinn, CEO, Red Badger ANZ, said: "Organisations across Australia and New Zealand are under pressure to deliver change faster, with less risk and real results. That's exactly what Red Badger has done for blue chip clients for more than 16 years. We're bringing that same approach here: experienced, cross-functional teams that work alongside our clients, build products customers love and leave behind lasting capability. I'm thrilled to be back in the region building something new with a brilliant team."
David Wynne, Global CEO, Red Badger, said: "ANZ is a natural next step for Red Badger. We've seen strong demand from clients with operations in the region, and in Shelley and Julian we have two exceptional leaders to build a business that combines our proven way of working with deep local knowledge."
Red Badger was founded in 2010 to turn traditional consulting on its head. It works through small, stable, cross-functional teams of product, design and engineering specialists who own outcomes, ship working products quickly and transfer skills to client teams.
In ANZ, Red Badger will focus on helping organisations modernise how they deliver change, including product operating models, delivery lifecycles, AI-enabled products, and customer-facing digital experiences in complex organisations.
Product design and product engineering in one senior team, from discovery through to production
Rich experience across regulated financial services, with work for JPMorgan Chase, Barclays, HSBC and Santander
Deep digitisation in healthcare, retail and hospitality, anywhere millions of customers rely on high quality services
Help modernising how organisations deliver change, from product operating models to delivery lifecycles

Julian Osman, Director, Red Badger ANZ, said: "The best results come from experienced, senior teams working closely with clients and shipping early and often. ANZ has fantastic engineering and design talent, and we're excited to build a team here that delivers high quality products while helping our clients' own people grow."
Leadership that knows the Badger Way
Shelley Quinn, CEO, Red Badger ANZ, has spent 12 years at Red Badger, most recently as Managing Director of the UK business. Her return home to New Zealand gives Red Badger ANZ a leader who carries the company's culture and delivery standards in her DNA.
Julian Osman, Director, Red Badger ANZ, brings a rare mix of technology, strategy and delivery. A former McKinsey consultant and Red Badger alumni, who returned to his Sydney homeland 7 years ago, knows the Australian enterprise market and its people. His return to Red Badger reunites him with the team he helped shape.
"Coming back to Red Badger feels like coming home," said Julian Osman. "The Badger magic has always been the people: curious, brilliant and relentless about getting things right. Bringing that to clients in ANZ is exactly what I wanted to do next."
Red Badger ANZ is open for business, working with enterprise clients across Australia and New Zealand and drawing on the wider Red Badger team in London, Leeds and Cape Town.
